   Archery is an inherently dangerous activity that carries significant risk of personal injury, property damage, or even death if equipment is used improperly. By using our Products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2 Arrow Co, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from the use, misuse, or improper handling of our Products.

   All Products must be used only as intended and in compliance with all applicable laws, safety guidelines, and archery practices. It is your responsibility to ensure proper setup, maintenance, and safe use.

   While our Products are designed for quality and performance, K2 Arrow Co makes no guarantee that their use will prevent injury or ensure safety.
