Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a Pro Staff program?
No. We don’t believe in “pay-to-play” pro staff models. We want people shooting K2 arrows because they believe in them—not because they’re on a discount program. Instead, we’re investing in a small group of Certified Custom Builders who will represent K2 at the highest level.
What makes K2 arrows different from other brands?
K2 arrows are built with precision carbon layups, ultra-tight tolerances, and premium components. Each shaft is designed for durability, consistency, and real-world performance in the field—not just on paper. Our mission is simple: arrows built for the hunt, built for you.
What Is your return policy?
Due to the nature of archery products, all sales are final. Arrows are a precision product that cannot be resold once handled or shot. Please double-check your specs and order details before purchasing. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer custom arrow builds?
Yes. While we sell bare shafts, we also offer a Custom Builder Program for hunters who want their arrows fully assembled, tuned, and ready to shoot. Applications for certified custom builders will open soon, with limited spots available.
What spine arrow should I shoot?
Arrow spine depends on your draw length, draw weight, point weight, and component setup. To make it easier, we provide a K2 Spine Chart on our website to guide you toward the right shaft for your setup. If you’re still unsure, reach out to us and we’ll help match you to the perfect arrow.
What components are available with K2 arrows?
Our arrows are paired with industry-leading component systems, including titanium, and aluminum component systems giving you 4 variations for both diameters. These are designed for maximum strength, alignment, and long-term durability—no shortcuts.
Do your arrows come fletched?
Our standard arrows are sold as bare shafts, but we offer fletching and full custom builds through the builder program. This way, you can either build your own setup or let us handle the details for you.
What is the straightness tolerance of your shafts?
Every K2 shaft is built to .001” straightness, with spine tolerance held to ±.002. That’s tighter than industry standard.
Will I have to nock tune my arrows?
Our shafts are built to extremely tight tolerances with .001” straightness or better and spine consistency of ±.002. This level of precision greatly reduces the need for nock tuning. However, every bow reacts a little differently, and you may find that a small amount of nock tuning improves performance on a few arrows in your dozen. It’s a normal part of fine-tuning and helps ensure perfect arrow flight for your setup.
