Our 4mm outsert system is designed for hunters who demand maximum durability and accuracy from their arrows. Each setup uses a two-part system—a precision-machined post paired with a reinforced sleeve—to deliver rock-solid front-end strength, perfect broadhead alignment, and repeatable performance in the field.

Choose from four weight configurations to fine-tune your arrow build:

• Titanium Post / Titanium Sleeve (Ti/Ti): 90 grains – Maximum durability and impact resistance

• Titanium Post / Aluminum Sleeve (Ti/Al): 70 grains – Strong titanium core with lighter aluminum sleeve

• Aluminum Post / Titanium Sleeve (Al/Ti): 75 grains – Lightweight post paired with titanium reinforcement

• Aluminum Post / Aluminum Sleeve (Al/Al): 55 grains – Lightweight, economical option with balanced performance

Engineered with tight tolerances and premium materials (Grade 5 Titanium & 7075 Aluminum), these components lock in place with adhesive for maximum durability. The result: consistent arrow flight, improved penetration, and the confidence to take any shot.
